These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Casito app and website (“Casito”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using Casito, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

By using Casito, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. What Casito Is

Casito is a tool designed to help people organize shared living — including tasks, lists, reminders, and coordination with others.

Casito is meant to support everyday life together, not replace communication, responsibility, or mutual respect.

3. Your Account & Responsibilities

When you create an account:

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure

• You are responsible for all activity under your account

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Casito respectfully and legally.

You must not:

• Use Casito for illegal purposes

• Harass, harm, or abuse others

• Upload harmful, malicious, or disruptive code

• Attempt to interfere with or damage the service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. User Content

You own the content you create in Casito (such as tasks, lists, and notes).

By using Casito, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display this content only as necessary to provide and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal content.

6. Free and Paid Features

Casito may offer free features and optional paid features.

• Paid features will always be clearly explained before purchase

• Prices and plans may evolve as Casito grows

Payments, if any, are handled securely by third-party payment providers.

7. Availability & Changes

We do our best to keep Casito running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access.

• Temporarily suspend the service for maintenance

• Modify or discontinue parts of the app

We’ll always aim to do this transparently and responsibly.

8. Data Loss

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you use Casito at your own risk.

Casito is not responsible for:

• Accidental removal of content

• Data loss caused by technical issues, updates, or user actions

We do not guarantee that:

• Casito will fully meet your expectations

Shared living can still be messy — even with a good app 😉

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casito shall not be liable for:

• Conflicts or disputes between users or housemates

Your use of Casito is at your own discretion and responsibility.

You may stop using Casito at any time.
